Esther, Head of the Student Support Committee has some advice for the upcoming exams:
Exam period is probably the time where most of us are stressed and experience self doubt. I will give you the most cliche advice, but only because it carries a lot of truth. Take a deep breath. Talk to a friend.
And remember that this does not define the rest of your life, your world will not end and yes, you will still be able to find a job, or whatever it is you desire.
Your mental health is more important than anything else during this time, so please take care of yourself and reach out for help when you need it.
